In 2016 our project of revaluation begins; it concerns a family agricultural structure in Tuscany. The same year the farm, with its first crops, is born and we start the practices needed to obtain the certification of agritourism.
In August 2018, with great satisfaction, we officially open the doors of Casa Agricola Rossi welcoming our first guests.
In 2020 the agricultural farm decides to initiate the conversion to organic. A special thanks to our grandfather Vasco Rossi who has handed down to us the love for this land and for this little slice of heaven in Casentino.
In 2022 we officially receive the Certification as Organic Agricultural Farm.
there were, back in 1800, the Camaldolese monks, to whom the complex that today takes the name of “Casa Agricola Rossi” belonged. Traces of their presence can still be appreciated today in some mural paintings in the apartments.
Originally the little house, where we welcome our guests today, was used as a resting place for the changing of the horses, when the old carriage road crossed the fields along the Archiano.

The bond of our family with this place begins in 1868, when Clementina, daughter of Eugenio Mascalchi, marries Enrico Rossi (our ancestor), who starts the farm and begins the construction of the fascinating Villa Rossi.

In 1927 Alcide, son of Enrico, completes the construction of the villa. The residence will soon be occupied, during the Second World War, by the Germans first and later by the British and Polish troops, who make it their headquarters of the area.
The outer wall of the complex (which can be seen from the garden of the agritourism), still bears today traces of the grenades; inside the villa, some doors are cut in the upper corners, where the telegraph wires were put through.

At the head of the company, Alcide is succeeded by his sons Vasco (our grandfather) and Enrico, who is followed by his son Rossano.
In 2012 the families of Rossano and Vasco proceed with the division of the estate, with the aim of achieving their own independence in the management of the property.
In 2016 Vasco’s daughters, Ambretta, Annalisa, and Cinzia decide to entrust the management of their assets to the children of the latter (i.e. the person speaking to you), with the launch of a project of revaluation of the place.
With this aim, in 2016, our agricultural farm is born; in 2018 the Agritourism Casa Agricola Rossi comes to life.
